Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Custom and Personalised Goods

  • All our embroidered and printed items are made-to-order specifically for you.
  • Because these items are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind or if you order the wrong size, colour, or style.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details in your order are correct. This includes spelling, sizes, colours, and quantities.
  • No Changes: Once an order is submitted and production begins, we cannot alter or cancel it.
  • Please double-check your order carefully before checking out. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if you accidentally input the wrong information or select the incorrect size.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We take great pride in our quality. However, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or if we made a mistake that differs from your original order submission, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item to report any faults.

4. Delivery

  • As goods are custom-made, please allow up to 3 weeks for production and delivery.  Delivery will be made by Royal Mail 48 once the goods are ready to ship.
